Dr. Omone Imoisi is an accomplished healthcare executive with over 15 years of experience in  quality management, population health, and risk management. As the Vice President of Quality  & Risk Management & Interim Director of Population Health at the Baltimore Medical System,  Dr. Imoisi oversees the development and implementation of comprehensive strategies to enhance  patient care quality, manage population health outcomes, and mitigate organizational risks. 

With a robust background in medicine and healthcare administration, Dr Imoisi has successfully  led multiple initiatives to improve clinical performance, ensure regulatory compliance, and foster  a culture of continuous improvement. Dr Imoisi's expertise in risk management ensures that  potential risks are proactively identified and addressed, safeguarding both patients and the  organization. 
 

A physician and OBGYN by training, Dr. Imoisi holds a MBBS degree in Medicine & Surgery from the prestigious University of Benin, Benin City Nigeria and an Executive Masters in  Healthcare Administration with Upsilon Phi Delta Honor from The George Washington  University, Washington DC.  

Passionate about driving excellence in healthcare, Dr Imoisi is committed to leveraging data driven insights and collaborative leadership to achieve the highest standards of patient care and  operational efficiency. 
 

Outside of her professional role, she is a member of the Maryland chapter of the American  College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE) and a member of the Baltimore chapter of the  National Association of Health Services Executives (NAHSE).  

She is a board member at two non-profit organizations: 

• Moveable Feast- an organization that provides healthy meals and compassion to those  struggling with chronic disease. 
• Global Telehealth Network- provides free online medical care for patients in underserved  areas locally and internationally. 

For leisure, she enjoys mentoring/coaching people, volunteering at her local church and  community, watching movies and dancing. Her mantra is “No one is allowed to steal your Joy.”
